We DO NOT Have a receptionist on staff.
This is how we keep costs down for you! If you arrive more then 5 min. before your appointment our door my be locked due to us being with our current client, we apologize for any inconvenience!
We utilize online booking exclusively as of 11/21/22
Intake forms are to be finished online before your scheduled service as well as acknowledgement of our cancellation policy with a card on file.
If this is an inconvenience to you we will happily help by phone, however we will still need a credit/debit card number on file to reserve your service time.
Gift certificates will also need a card on file.
Your card is to only hold your appointment and will NOT be charged unless a no show (100% charged) OR same day cancellation (50% charged) occurs, a message left to cancle next day after we close (7pm) will be considered same day and you will be charged 50% of your service fee.

We ask that you make accommodations for childcare as we can not have children left on the spa floor during your service.
