We DO NOT Have a receptionist on staff.

This is how we keep costs down for you! If you arrive more then 5 min. before your appointment our door my be locked due to us being with our current client, we apologize for any inconvenience!

We untilize online booking exclusively as of 11/21/22

Intake forms are to be finished online before your scheduled service as well as acknowledgement of our cancellation policy with a card on file.

If this is an inconvenience to you, we will happily help by phone! However we still need a credit/debit card number on file to reserve your service time.

Gift certificates also need a card on file.

Your card is to only hold your appointment and will NOT be charged unless a no show

(100% charged) OR same day cancellation (50% charged) occurs.

Messages left to cancle next day after we close (7pm) will be considered same day cancellations and you will be charged 50% of your service fee.

NO EXCEPTIONS.

THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING!

No children under 12 unless receiving a service or shopping with an adult. We do not supply childcare during your service and apologize for that inconvenience.

Cancelations

Please give us at least 24 hrs notice if you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Our staff are devoting their time to you and deserve the chance to offer your appointment to someone else if you cannot make it. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for 50% of your service.

ALL NO SHOW / NO CALL WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL WITH CARD ON FILE.

Returns

All products, services and gift certificates are final sale. Please ask our staff for help in selecting the perfect products for your needs.
